In order to increase the mobility of Bavarian students abroad and in particular to support Bavarian companies with branches abroad in their search for qualified junior staff, the project "Study & Work International - From Bavaria to the World" was funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts and the Bavarian Business Association (Vereinigung der Bayerischen Wirtschaft e.V.) The team of Hochschuljobbörse has developed so much more than just an online search portal for internships abroad. Students can also find a wealth of helpful information about internships abroad, planning and financing. Profiles on individual countries complete this online careers information service.

Praxistage 2025: Find Future Talent for Your Company
Praxistage are work experience days for students, making them one of the largest career events in Bavaria. This initiative is led by Hochschuljobbörse in collaboration with the Career Services of our 19 partner universities. The goal of Praxistage is to connect companies, universities, and students in the context of career development and recruitment. As part of your employer branding, Praxistage offers your company a unique opportunity to invite interested students directly from the university to your workplace at the start of the summer semester, facilitating direct networking with emerging talents. Present your company or organization to early-stage academic talent as a potential employer. This year, nearly 340 companies participated, hosting 400 events. As a participating company, you can create an engaging and practical experience day at your premises, giving academic newcomers valuable insights into your professional environment.
